About Me
I am a food stylist slash madly passionate foodie, who combines years of technical training as a chef, with my signature visual artistry and creative flair, to help my clients bring out the best in their brand by celebrating the beauty of food and creating imagery which lives to tell an unforgettable story.
I will work closely with you from the point of concept creation through to delivery. I know the value of having a trusted expert who can cut through the options and advise on the right strategy to maximise brand appeal, while still following and executing a brief to perfection.
I am a friendly can-do person and have a positive influence on the teams and crews I work with. I really care about my clients and bring professionalism, energy, enthusiasm and attention to detail to every job, ensuring that I deliver extraordinary outcomes, every time!
Whether I’m adjusting microherbs with my tweezers, blowtorching a chicken, choking on billows of chemical steam or dangling from a ladder for the perfect splash, I’m always up for any challenge to get the shot!
I have a degree in Film Studies, Media and Writing from UCT and qualified as a chef at Prue Leith Chef’s Academy where I graduated top of my class. After spending a number of years working abroad and locally in restaurants, hotels and events, I took on a role as Head Chef of Fresh Catering. I then started and ran my own restaurant, Arbour Café which I sold successfully in 2016. I’ve seen it all in this industry and truly understand what goes on behind the scenes both on set and in the kitchen.
With my arsenal of knowledge, style and skills I have become a sought after stylist, have worked with a broad range of clients and look forward to working with you!
